Message From The Dean Of Staff
This is a non-academic Department that deals with staff welfare needs making CHETTI a staff centered Institute and a home away from home for all. All operations are coordinated through the Office of the Dean of Staff. The main goal of the Department is to provide quality and efficient welfare services which support the staff desire to achieve both in social life and investment policies. We strive to produce a holistic individual through our activities. when one of our staff faces challenges of any kind,we are able to come up and assist one of our own.we have developed two policies to guide us;social welfare policy which comes in handy when one faces some challenges and investment policy which assist our staff to pool resources and invest together.
