Message From The Registrar
The Institution Registrar is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of all student academic records, the approved curriculum, the creation and maintenance of course schedules, all areas of student registration and the recording and reporting of grades, compliance with TVET regulations, and the establishment and maintenance of processes for the equitable and consistent administration of policies and procedures. The Registrar must provide excellent leadership that is commensurate with the institution's academic goals and mission.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Management of staff and operations of the Office of the Registrar.

Supervising the registration of continuing and incoming students and transfer of credits.

Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students, and facilitates effective student registration process.

Manages an efficient transcript evaluation and processing.

Maintains up-to-date course schedules, catalogs, final examination schedules.

Interprets and enforces academic policies and regulations of the Institution.

Must keep abreast of operational and reporting trends, regulations, and technology solutions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Registrar's office.

Develop and maintain accurate curriculum management systems.

Plans and manages the annual budget of the Registrar’s Office.
